Droid Incredible or Samsung Fascinate or Samsung Continuum or LG Ally?

I get to upgrade, and I can't decide out of the 4 phones listed above. I mainly use my phone for texting, and hopefully a replacement for my iPod touch (which I got rid of a few months ago). Please tell me what phone you think is better and why, pros and cons. Don't forget to consider price. Thank you
