Droid Incredible for T-Mobile?

I'm interested in buying the Droid Incredible phone. I am currently with T-Mobile and do not want to switch to another carrier.

Is it possible to buy the product separately unlocked, use it with T-Mobile (with the internet data plan), with my contacts intact?
