When i read the handbook it said that i can absolutely under no circumstances drive with a person under the age of 25 in the car. This weekend i am headed to Oregon with my dad and sister for spring break and my father is saying that i can drive with my sister since he will be there in the car and he is a licensed driver at the age of 40. My sister is 12. I thought this is against the law. Is it or can i drive with my sister since my dad is going to be there?
