The examiner is human (contrary to normal belief) you have probably had loads of time with your instructor sat next to you, imagine your instructor is there on the day. The examiner cannot ask you to do anything that you have not done loads of time with your instructor. Don't try to make conversation with the examiner, if he starts a conversation and you are confident enough to respond then do. Good luck and try to relax.
