Car is turning right, out of a parking lot, that meets the main road.
If you were turning Right> after traffic clears, and there is a stopped car because of traffic backup, and you stop behind that car, and your car is half way on the parking lot, and the other half is on the road, and you are turning into the furthest right lane, is that within the law to do? Of course a car behind the one to the right has motioned you by waving that you can go.
I am asking because I live in southern Virginia, and I see this all the time there.
