So my friend Brittany was hammered and threw up at the bar twice so I had to follow our friend Ashley to brittanys house in brittanys car. Brittany told me to text her sister to see if we needed to pick her up. As she was giving me her sisters number Ashley stopped in the middle of the road to drop someone else off. I rear ended Ashley and there was no damage to her car but brittanys hood was dented up in the front and the headlights damaged a little. We did not call the cops but she filed a police report two days after it happened and got my address. I have a suspicion that she's gonna try and stick me with this bill. Can I get screwed in this? If so how could I avoid it or what's the best way to fight it because I mean, come on she was so trashed I was doing her a favor. If she had driven somewhere her car wouldve been totaled or somebody dead or both.
