Driving A Reliant Robin On A =<25kw Full Bike Licence?

Hi, i have a full bike licence but because i passed when i was only 18 years old i am restricted to 33bhp or 25kw so can i drive a Reliant Robin on that? Or do i have to wait till i am unrestricted?
 
I don't know what country you're in but I'd ask the licence authorities to get a definate answer.

I know here in the UK, you can actually drive a Reliant on a provisional licence, which is the one you get to be able to take lessons, because it's not really classed as a car.
