Hi a bit of a family argument about driving. My wife says that when driving that you cannot be stopped for driving the posted limit even if everyone else is driving faster. example say we are on the interstate and the posted limit is 65 miles per hour. Everyone else is driving 90 MPH in the slow lane, She would insist that I only drive 65 (the previously posted limit) I want to drive 90 mph (keeping up with traffic). She says that for driving the posted limit even with everyone else driving faster that I would not be stopped for reckless driving (driving too slow for conditions) I think I would be. In the Columbia City, Rich-land County area of South Carolina who is right? Thanks in advance.
