Driver pulled out in front of me in traffic. No fault?

I was just involved in a minor fender bender where a lady was turning into a parking lot coming the opposite way and decided it would be safe to cross the lane when I was only about 10-15 feet away from her. We weren't going fast at all, I was probably going about 10mph but she pulled in front of me way to close and I hit the side of her car. There was absolutely no damage to my car and her car had a dent in the passenger side door which wasn't very big. She called a police officer to the scene and he wrote down the report. He gave us each our insurance exchange information and told us that no one was getting a ticket. I was wondering if that means that no one is at fault and also, can she go after me in damages if no one was declared at fault. I don't want to get my insurance involved if I do not have to and really want to know if she can go after me at all? She was very nice about it and I believe she thought it was her own fault if any because she was not looking when she turned. Thanks
