Driver Backrest for 07 C90

I have Suzuki custom gel pillow seats on my 07 C90. Wondering if anyone has such a set up and can recommend a driver backrest. Primarily looking at Custom World or Bakup (both fully adjustable) . Manf states these rests work with stock seats. Is there that much difference in what I have and stock?

You might be limited to the CWI if grasshopper doesn't make one. The 'bakup' doesn't fit a gel as far as I know. I tried one on a C50 with no success.
