Drive cycle for a 96 geo metro?

I recently cleared a code from my computer and the temporary tags expire in four days. I can't get the evap and o2 monitors to read "ready" what is the drive cycle procedure to get those monitors online? I need everything to read ready so I van pass Oregon DEQ so I can renew registration so I can drive to work. Help!!!! Serious answers please, it's vital. I have tried the gm drive cycle on the obdii.com website but no dice. Thanks again
