Hello guys, i came here to ask a question that has been bugging me for a while, i work out three-four times a week but when i do I DO NOT have time for a protein shake or a meal right after the exercise(i do usually 2hours after)...
Will I achieve similar results if i drink the protein shake 30-45mins before i start lifting?
