Dreamworks Animation Cracks Fortune's Top Ten Best Companies to Work For Once More

Well, Pixar provides paid internship and housing (for interns).

But Dreamworks pays it's employees more....
I'd go with the latter.

How much do Pixar and DreamWorks employee's make? I've never been able to find info on it anywhere on the internet. Is it true that Pixar doesn't pay for overtime?

I've never gotten a clear answer at college of how much either studio pays (I never really asked a specific number), all I was told was it was "not as much, or "more than".People usually don't mind about not getting paid a lot at Disney or Pixar, because the honor of working at studios with a great legacy is supposed to make up for it. An animation major told me that.
I know for a fact that Pixar is not part of the Animation Guild union, so the non-pay overtime could be true.
