Dream about trains and guy I knew from school losing arm?

I had this really weird dream, it was basicly just me loitering about at a train station, trains going past every so often.

At one point during the dream a guy I knew from school got hit by one of the trains and his arm was sliced off.

I won't go into too much detail about the dream but that was the basic jist of it.

Any idea what this might be trying to say?
