dream about my crush when i was sick?

I was really ill for about a year and a half. i had to quit my job and go on disability. i was in really bad shape. then, strangely, i had a really really long reaccurring dream about this guy i used to be in love with a few years back when i was working at a big company. It lasted for about a week. he appeared at my bedside every night in the dream and nursed me back to health. i hadn't thought of him in a really long time so the dream was my first reminder of him in years. only weeks later, i recovered from the year and a half illness and even though im still physically incapable of working, i am now able to live an otherwise normal life. its been a year since then, but i haven't been able to stop thinking about the man from my dream that nursed me back to health that i used to work with in real life. what do you think it means?
