Drawing - progress update and opinions please?

I'm not exactly the best or particularly good at art in my opinion, but this is a rough doodle, as I am trying to practice and improve on my outlines, detail and toning ability.
It's slowly getting there, but I would appreciate some critique and opinions on whether you like it or not, or how it could be improved etc... Again, it still has a long way to go, but from this, I hope to improve my art, and sell things similar, painted/sketched on canvas. Does any think that I could go far enough to selling art, when I have improved greatly, in time?
