Ok I'm going to try and condense this as much as possible: I work at a tanning bed (ive been there almost 2 years) and last year I befriended the owners niece (it's a very small business) who didn't work there and we'll call her anna. Well four months into our relationship anna started some rumors about her and my bf so we stopped talking but there was no argument or anything. I think her uncle (my boss) knows about our split because he was mentioning how much trouble she can cause (she used to be kinda wild and the owners know that) Well now to the point, tonight anna and a friend came in to tan at 3 min till close so obviously the couldn't tan so they wanted to make an appt for the next day but I had to end of day calculator up on the tan page so I couldn't get to the appt page so I just wrote down there names and what times they wanted so i could make the appts after I printed the page i was on. Well anna wanted to buy visits but said she would wait till the next day. Well when I went to make their appts the hour they wanted was booked so i made them for 30 min later and they are different beds but I'm afraid the owners will think I did this on purpose because of my past with this girl and I'm so anxious because I really don't like drama and conflict so what should i do?
