Drag Me To Hell

Anyone watched this horror film? I bought the DVD and it was labelled "scariest film of the decade" lol :D It's a good film, but that's because it's so bad, it's good!

The film doesn't take itself too seriously at all and there are some really ridiculous moments which just made me laugh
like the nosebleed that travels halfways across the room! :D

This film reminded me a lot of Scream. Glad I bought it. A nice little movie, there are a couple of moments that make you jump, though it's not at all 'the scariest film I've ever seen'.

The car park scene showed some promise, but really it's just more lame, jokey-horror rubbish. The sort of film that makes you think that with the supposed talent behind it, you should be watching something far, far better.

It's a great film. If you like horrors that have a bit of gore and goes for the jump-type scares with a dash of humour added in than you'll enjoy it.

I quite enjoyed it, watched it in the dark with headphones, made me jump a few times.

There's a scene where the girl is in her house and all her pots and pans that are hanging all start clanging together... I watched this in the cinema with my brother where they have surround sound... you can imagine the fat headache that followed.

You should check out "Trick r Treat", folks.

Great traditional horror anthology flick with dark sense of humour. Was never given a proper cinema release due to studio politics, but I would put money on this becoming a staple of halloween telly in years to come.

Its not poo your pants scary, its fun and cheesy horror done very well. I certainly enjoyed it more than the last spiderman film. The premise is ridiculous but it doesn't get tired, and the creepy old woman is certainly creepy.

Sam Raimi is famous for the "jokey horror rubbish" as you so elequantly put it. It's what put him on the map. Drag Me To Hell is ten times better than all three Spider Man movies put together. This is Sam back at what he does best... HORROR.

The old bags teeth coming flying out her mouth as her face slams against the dashboard is Sam's style of humour at it's finest.
