DQ's and AIT for Civil Affairs in the army reserve...?

Is a DUI/DWI an immediate DQ For IET Soldiers trying to be Civil Affairs Specialists 38B in the reserve?

Also, in AIT, do Civil Affairs Specialists in the army reserve have to do the Nasty Nick Obstacle Course?
