Glue? Do you have the neoprene seat with the 2 holes all the way in the back, right on top of where the 2 seat screws are located?
No glue is involved. Just put the seat in the normal way as with the stock seat, insert the allen key through the hole, place the hex seat screw on the tip of the protruding allen key, and carefully insert the screw into the tab and screw in. It helps to do this with lots of light.
If you do not want to cut or tear the fragile neoprene around the hole, get a tape (masking, scotch, anything) to wrap the allen key and only leave enough to be able to tighten the seat screw. This way the tape will be rubbing against the neoprene not bare metal with edges which the allen key has.
Phew!
