I have the Sims 3 for PC, and I am having trouble downloading stuff from mod the sims. I completely followed all the instructions, but nothing works. I've created a mods folder for my game and placed a folder for packages and the resource.cfg file in it, just like the instructions said, and my game is up to date. My problem is that content is not showing up. what am I missing, and what is the solution to this problem.
