Downloading Ringtones & Wallpapers

Thanks to this forum, I have gotten good results from myxer. But. On certain files, regardless of size (80kb or 230kb), I am not able to download file and get the following msg:

"Message Receipt Failed"

1. Is there a reason for this? Bad file? Busy network?
2. Is there a better way to download?
 
You can use pcs.cruz-network.net
It will NOT reduce or place protection on your files and you can download pretty much whatever size file (up to 2rab) your phone will permit.
I just use the code method instead of the text messaging address.
