Downloading films

Where can I download films for free, that aren't going to put a virus on my pc?

I already use limewire.

It is only illegal if you upload. Nothing illegal in downloading.

Pirate Bay had uploaders. If they didn't have uploaders there would be no downloaders.

Pirate Bay is still about.

My ISP encourages downloading of films and songs. No where does it say you have to pay for them.

Downloading copyrighted material is illegal. End of story. Thats a fact.

Not that I have a problem with it I couldnt care less.

Up or down, it's still illegal (although not criminal): it's copyright infringement. In theory you could be sued if you get caught or even worse, get a visit from Peter Mandelson.
Unless you are downloading Linux or stuff which is in the public domain (even this is a grey area), chances are it's copyrighted by someone who isn't getting paid.
Unfortunately it's so easy to do that the temptation is almost irresistible but don't kid yourself it's legal.
