download ring tones on my Sanyo PLS 2700?

I bought a sanyo PLS 2700 from mts (provincial company) and when ever i try to download a ring tone it says content re scripted or it will only let me listen to the ring tone, I've tried to go to phonezoo.com but I get the same problem. I wanted to know how I can download ring tones on my phone without paying the $3.50. (the phone can't connect to computers)
