F Frank New member Jan 7, 2011 #1 I have a hard time to download pictures taken from my phone (Verizon Sharp Microsoft Windows Phone Kin Two). I cannot find the Kin Two phone icon on MyComputer. But SafeRemoveHardware allows me to "Safely Remove KIN".
