Download NZB file after 4 days

Is it possible to download NZB file after 4 days?i was informed by a good source that it would not work after this period,but i see a lot of NZB files well over that period.
 
They can be dl at any time although retention of articles is based on the server your on. If your on a service through your internet connection many have retention of five days or less. If your on a premium server such as NewsHosting they can have have to 70 days retention.
