And what is your phone doing now? Upper buttons r not working? If this is the problem u have cutted to deep. Here what you have to do: put there in the board, where you cut test point just a litlle of flux or soldering paste, then put there a very thin wire and press slow with soldering iron, after few tryes you will succed.
This solution i applyed in 6 "too deep cuts"
