Downgrade iOS 4 to 3.1.3 or Older

You should have SHSH blobs of 3.1.3 FW on Cydia, this is the easiest way to do that in minutes..
1. Download & install libusb-win32-filter-bin-0.1.12.1.zip
2. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and locate
 
There should b any solution without SHSH bcoz every1 here didnt know that its important to save these files b4 upgrading, they just accidentally upgrade it like me and some other guys did so,

i would appreciate if anybody tell us any solution without this SHSH method !!!

What version of iTunes do you have installed on pc .. ? if in iPhone have 4.0 version try to downgrade with a itunes version lower than 9.2
