S Stuart C New member May 16, 2010 #1 I need to upload a photo of a car for an online advert but the .jpg file I have is 2.75MB and the program I am uploading to says it will only upload a file if it is between 175 adn 250KB. Is there any way to downgrade the photo to this file size?
