downgrade 4.0 to 3.1.3 baseband 5.13, but not active

really i did.. i never lie.. if i do it i say.. no bla bla.

itunes was 9.2..

my friend told me upgrade it to 4.0.. then i did it.. but he didnt like it.. cause if it is really slow... then again he wants to downgrade it.. at first i try to downgrade with 3.1.3 org fw..phone is on recovery mode.. then again downgrade it to 3.1.2 org fw.. after that phone is again on receovery mode..not itunes mode..then apply the blackra1n.. phone is active and jalibraked..after that u have to flash with 3.1.3 custom fw which this fw works with jalibraked phones.. finally phone is 3.1.3 and jalibraked and active.. then go to cydia and unlock it..
 
after try to downgrade from 4.0 to 3.1.3 i got 1015 error.. phone is recovery mode.. when i try to downgrade again 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 i got again 1015 error.. and again phone is on recovery mode.. after this sitation apply blackra1n..after that phone is active and jalibraked..then flash it again with 3.1.3 custom fw...

I have same problems from the topics.

3g 3.1.3 upgrade to 4.0
now donwgrade or restore by iTunes 4.0 to 3.1.3
and I have this MF 5.13.04 BL 5.9

i did jailbreak by spirit
and unlocking but showing this error.. pls see attachments

please giude
 
you dont have to activate it just use latest ver of redsn0w it will automatically active your phone then proceed to unlocking
