Down syndrome Exercises for 2years old boy?

my brother 2 years and 8 month old
he have down syndrome and complicated heart disease

my problem is he can't set alone
He can't crawl and Of course he can't stand and walk

can anyone give me a good exercises I can do at home

he is taking a Physiotherapy but I can't see any progress
