Well, I'm getting a little confused since I've seen that most road bikes take 700cc tires, but on the other hand I've seen that sometimes they are referred to as 25" or 27"... and I'd like to know if there's a standard size which involves both the frame and the wheels/tires...?
I'm pretty short (5ft 4"), so I need to know what size will be ok for me before purchasing my bike!
