Double majoring in college?

I want to double major in Biology and Japanese but I have a few questions:
Since I would have to take all the required classes for both majors, will I have to be in college longer?
Can anybody have double majors or are there restrictions or requirements?
And for people who had (or have) two majors in college, from experience, did you (or do you) think it put a lot of pressure on you?
