Ok let me break it fown I bought my xperia x10 in october last year I was promised by an at&t represenitive in a corperate store that I would indeed receive the 2.1 Update October31 came sonyvericsson released their update for generic phones well it has been 6 months and still I'm on android. 6 I don't have multi touch I can't get certain apps no animated background but I'm not the only one pissed off do you think we can band togeather and sue them both sony and at&t? They point the finger at each other saying the other is to blame the phone cost me 150 dollars I was missled rst of all lied to some at&t represenitives in customer care told me the fcc had something to do with it and they wouldn't release the firm ware I called the fcc they aid no so do you think I have a case?
