dose anyone know if they make a popup pickup camper?
one that fits on a pickup bed or replace the bed?
 
The type of camper you are referring to is a slide-in or a piggyback camper. It will slide into your pickup bed. Most of them are self contained and will have your bed, kitchen and even bathroom. I have seen versions that have a pop-up feature, but it is to keep the height down while on the road and to provide headroom while you are occupying it.
