Hi,
I have been diagnosed with dorsal scapular nerve compression and thoracic disc degeneration. I have had this for about 2 years and it just keeps getting worse.
I currently use a heating pad A LOT and am on oxycontin 20mg twice daily. I think I am going to have to do something different because as the condition intensifies, I have to up the dose. I dont want it to keep on going like this. I went to pain management for a few months but they finally admitted that all they could do for me is write pain med prescriptions.
Have any of you got this or know someone who does? What has worked best?
