Hello, could anyone here help me, please? I purchased this phone for my mother who has bad eyesight. I live in Canada. I purchased this phone unlocked with GSM 900/1800/1900 (Tri-Band). My mom's sim card is "Rogers". But when I put the sim card in for her, the phone's screen show "No Service". Can someone please help? I really want her to have this phone working so that she could whenever she needs help. Really appreciate the help. Thank you.
