Doors keep locking on 98 Dodge Caravan. Any suggestions?

I had to have ignition switch replaced. Ever since, the doors relock about every 30 seconds, when the vehicle is not running. The warning bell also rings continuously when driver door is open and no key in ignition or lights on.
 
Sounds like the "key in ignition" contact is shorted.
This can happen if the switch or wiring become damaged or jammed during installation. A scanner w/ the ability to read data from the BCM would be helpful in diagnosing the issue.
