Clearly Baylor Univ. deserved to be playing against Duke in today's fiasco. When did the NCAA start using replay? Did the officials decide to implement replay on their own? When is charging not a foul? If you call a block on a person that is clearly stationary, why wouldn't you call a block on a person that is moving? If the officiating cleans up in the final four it will be a good one, if not, there needs to be an investigation. Baylor was clearly robbed of a final four and I am a Jayhawks fan. I usually defend the refs but not when it is this blatant. If you answer this . . tell me when the replay was initiated in the NCAA Basketball.
