say...will get sick? I usually presoak my dried beans overnight-24 hours and then cook them to a boil for 3 minutes, put a lid over, and then wait 1 hour....is that good enough to cook them...the directions says to cook to a simmer for 1-2 hours....I don't have crockpot for that and don't want to use my electric stove for 1-2 hours....will I get sick doing it my way? I just want to make sure that there aren't any toxins (I am not using red beans...I am using pinto or black beans) in beans and they are digestable
