I didn't know where to post this since my problems seem to be with my heart and kidneys, but apparently those are both fine....
I am at a loss as to where to go from here..
I am a 28 year old female in good health (I think). When I was pregnant with my daughter 5 years ago I experienced heart palpitations. I told my doctor and was told it was just hormonal. I continued to experience them off and on for the next few years and then they became more frequent until July of 2009when I was experiencing episodes that were happening all day. they would only happen while I was resting, not while doing activity. they got so bad that I started getting light headed. I went to the doctor, did the haulter monitor that showed nothing. a couple of weeks later I got the palpitations and caused me to get very dizzy and I couldn't catch my breath. I went to the Emergency room. they put me on the monitor and it showed I was having PVC's frequently throughout the few hours I was there. They drew blood and checked, what I imagine the standard things to check would be, and found that I had a kidney infection. They gave me IV antibiotics and a prescription for oral antibiotics and the doctor told me that was what was causing my PVC's. I told him I hadn't had any kidney pain and he reached around me and jabbed the side of his hand into my right flank and that caused a very sharp pain, that persisted. PVC's came back when I finished my antibiotics, had an Echo, and my doctor said there is nothing wrong with my heart after she heard a PAC while doing her routine exam. I explained about the pain in my flank, had IVP and x-rays that showed "kidney stones" in my left kidney....finally today (a month later) I got into see the urologist who told me my kidneys were fine, I don't have stones and there's nothing he could do for me and showed me the door. I don't know what to do...I'm having heart palpitations that are gradually getting worse (again) and right flank pain that is not my kidney....what do I do??
