So here's the thing, i'm in high school right now, and so far, my AP scores and GPA and what not look really good, so getting into at least a state college (as opposed to a UC, which I'm sure will be attainable as well) is not the problem, but I'm soo confused about my major.
My favorite (and best) subjects are English and History, so I really want to major in International Relations, or something along those lines. However, that major being the kind where a job with a bachelors is not highly probable, i would have to go for a masters. The thing is, how am I supposed to get a job in the intermediate time between the bachelors and masters? Should I double major in something like Economics for job stability? The thing is, I'm not the best at math, so would that latter option be a completely horrible idea? I just don't know what I'm going to do; I'm well aware that majors in business, math or science fields yield more lucrative job prospects, but I don't want to solely do that because I really don;t want to waste my skills in English and History.
So what should I do? Are there other majors in my field of interest and capability which provide for better job prospects? If so, which ones? I'm just soo confused :/
