Dont know how to read this MRI Can anyone help please?!

Interverteable disc demonstrate slight desiccation c2-c6.
c3-4 Unremarkable, even though there is slightly asymmetric left unciate hypertrophy.
c5-6 Minimal facet hypertrophy without significant spinal canal or nueral foraminal stenosis.

but the impression on the report says
no significant spinal canal or nueral narrowing is appreciated at any level. Minimal intervertebral disc desiccation and minimal facet joint arthropathy is present at c5-6. No other significant abnormality.

Can anyone explain this to me. My nuerologist refered me to pain management for help cause the pain in my shoulders & neck and sharp stabbing pain also nurabness in my left arm down to my finger tips.
 
I'm no doctor, but from what I gather you have minor disc degeneration and some wearing down of your facet joint. That left unicate hypertrophy....not sure what that means, but your pain being on the left it's probably related. Is your nurabness constant, or only sometimes present? If you have a bulging disc maybe a steroid pack may help...ask your pain management doc.

yes in my left shoulder and arm unless my anxiety is high then my right side hurts....... Im going to pain management in the morning they have tried me on hydrocodone and it didnt work one bit unless i took too much of it.... so its time to try a new doctor this also causes a lot of migranes.... all this started after i had two severe head traumas and i fractured my neck about 10 years ago and fractured my skull.... never had pain until then but i have been in several accidents but the pain gets sooo severe that i lose days and i have 3 kiRAB 5 yrs, 2 yrs, 2months i cant lift them and when i do go to lift things i lose all feeling in my whole arm.... sometimes even trying to look over my shoulder is a task cause it can take me to my knees... i also have fibromyalgia and i cant afford the medicine for it cause i do not have insurance
