Don't judge me for asking this?

There is this guy at my work. We have this thing where we call eachother our favorites. And we tease eachother and get along really well. But lately he's been a little more friendly than usual. Like instead of just calling me his favorite he will say things like, "you're awesome", "you're amazing," "I was excited when I saw I get to work with you", "I love you," the thing is, he has a long distance girlfriend. Obviously I find him interesting but I am not going to pursue this seeing as to how he is unavailable. the other night we were talking about how crazy college parties get and how we didn't like them. at the end of the night he comes up to me and he said " you should call me and we should go to one of those parties together." then he keeps up the whole "I think you're special" thing. but then he talks to other people about how serious he is about his girlfreind.the thing is. like he told another person at my work that he wants his girlfriend to become a part of his family some day. he remebered their anniversary and exactly how many months they'd been dating and everything.he doesn't seem like the kind of guy to cheat, I mean he goes to Baptist college and he's a really sweet guy.and the other day he asked my friend what her favorite color was and when her birthday was. but he just doesn't talk to other girls at work the way he talks to me. he just really flirts with me .He toned it down for a little bit but when I saw him today he was like "hey good lookin," I'd understand he were kidding if I were a guy. but I'm a girl. and I only see him like once a week so i dont think he sees me as one of the guys.. but also, some days he wont even acknowledge me or look at me. what is going on here?
