In what way do you know better.

Do you seriously think he will ignore the Constitution and stand for re-election.

I seriously doubt that.

Surely the Republicans wouldn't select him. So he would have to stand as an independent. No way he would be elected.

It would of been TR's second term, but the man who shot him said: "I shot Theodore Roosevelt because he was a menace to the country. He should not have a third term."..."I shot him as a warning that men must not try to have more than two terms as President."

I think it was because he finished McKinley's term (who was assasinated) and TR was his V.P. Anyways...the man later said that McKinley told him to do it in a dream.

The whole search thing without warrants bothers some people, but wasn't that recently revoked or was it? :unsure:
