telling me im stupid blah blah blah? Does anyone here feel that they shouldn't have repealed the don't ask don't tell policy? I honestly feel like it shouldn't have been repealed. Now before anyone on here goes calling me ignorant hear me out. Ok america has a lot of laws. Why do we have laws? For safety reasons. We can't drink and drive why? Becuz ppl get hurt or die. Ok same here clinton put this act in 17 years ago and it has been very effective. Ok like we have allowed gays to serve with us. We just don't want to hear about it. You know there is ignorant as$ ppl in there that don't care and will beat the shit out of the gays. And u can't say I'm discriminating becuz I have gay friends btw. But wouldn't it just be better if no one knew? I know the whole freedom of speech and shit but I view it like this. We don't let illegals serve. Why becuz it will cause problems. Even if they were raised here they still can't serve. That's discrimination but no one cares about them. Its only about gays and how they feel. And I'm open to hear any ones opinion just don't be ignorant. But I just want to know how other people feel. Btw I'm from a military family my father 3 brothers 5 uncles and about a million cousins have served. So don't call me unamerican cuz I'm about as red blooded american as u get
