Doner Kebab Salad dressing recipe?

Hi,

Does anyone know the recipe for the Kebab sauce that is in most Edinburgh takeaways.

They usually call it salad dressing sauce.

It is not chilli, garlic, mint or chippy sauce. I have only ever had it in Edinburgh, never seen it anywhere else!

Is it a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice, Ive had that before.

Try three tablespoons of salad cream, 1 tablespoon of worcester sauce, a couple drops of tabasco, some water to thin, a little vinegar and adjust to suit your taste!
