its the meaty part of the palm of my hand right next to the thumb... this is where i kept making contact and pushing the handle of the shovel. It doesnt look bruised, but it is a little red and maybe slightly swollen. I'm assuming its just a bruise under the skin, but ive taken advil which doesnt seem to help at all. Anyone have any suggestions of how to dull the pain? Maybe a cream to rub on it or something? Obviously its annoying because now it hurts every time i use my hand
