Domestic Violence 1 (1st Offense) Court Trial?
My mom and her boyfriend of 11 yrs got into a fight and he punched her in jaw but when he swung it barely clipped her, and we all wrote statements of what happened, I didnt actually see anything I was sleeping at the time and got woken up. will I still have to go to his court date for his trial? and how long before his court date which is the 30th of this month will they let me know if im supenioned to go to his court? if I was suppose to go wouldnt they have mailed me something in the mail by now? this will be his second court date his 1st court date was about a month ago and he pleaded not guilty and then they put a no contact order for him to have no contact with my mom....
