I'm a college student looking to buy another car that actually runs and not break down every so often.
I am Asian. Asians drive...Hondas and Toyotas and Nissans....NOT American cars. I have adopted AMERICAN parents that drive all AMERICAN cars. I have ASIAN friends and AMERICAN friends that tell me to buy what their "kind", for lack of a better word, drive. I've had all imports ( 3 to be exact) and 1 Ford. All of them broke down. Probably because I don't have enough money to buy one that's more than $2500.
Anyhow, my question is if I want a car ( 4 doors, 4 cylinder, under 90k miles, around $5000) that will last me for a few years until I graduate and get on my feet, which type of cars should I be looking into getting, AMERICAN cars or FOREIGN cars.
Please, let me know what you think.
Thanks in advance.
